Once your order is shipped, you can track your parcel, view estimated delivery dates, and request to have it left in a safe place using the AusPost app or your MyPost account. Tracking is also available on the Australia Post's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and remote locations. If no one is home and there’s no safe place to leave the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or 24/7 Parcel Locker for collection.
