Delivery Times
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-4 business days
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been collected by our couriers.
Delivery Methods
We use standard and express courier services. You can choose your preferred method at checkout. Our drivers have authority to leave your order without a signature. If you're not home when the drivers make the delivery, your parcel(s) will be left in a safe place.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia.
Incorrect Addresses
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address. Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout, otherwise, your order may be delayed and you may incur a re-delivery fee.
